The round sections, called Ross Rounds are quite tricky for our bees to fill but each year we manage to produce just a few for sale.
Our honeybee colonies travel from Norfolk to the North Yorkshire moors for a very brief but active four weeks of the year around the month of August to try to produce the elusive heather honey. Fickle in nature and oh so weather dependant, some years it produces and some years it doesn't.
This year we were fortunate to be able to produce this limited edition heather honey.
